Challenge

Lease negotiations were still ongoing between the plaza owner and HomeGoods, but the timeline and opening date had been established.

Solution

We created a contract that allowed demolition work to proceed during negotiations. This allowed us to get an early start and, when fully released, achieve the preset schedule and opening date. As an added bonus, it actually improved the unit for any new tenant of the plaza owner.
